We have the time and means to exchange and update information throughout the whole process. Also per client's agreement in the contract, we ask to provide us with progress photos to better understand each individual body progress. Our suits also come with adjustable straps and hooks to ensure the perfect fit. We are extremely detailed and responsive to all client questions and concerns. We also provide a photo of finished product, before it is being shipped out.

HOW IS PRICE BEING CALCULATED?

Each custom suit has a lot of elements that influence the final price: the size of the suit is directly linked with the amount of supplies it would need, the amount of designer hours estimated to create a custom carved top, the amount of fabric colors combined, the complexity of the pattern, the amount of crystals applied on the surface, the variety of crystal colors chosen, and the time requested.

At this time we accept PayPal Payment system, personal checks and money orders. On international purchases we also accept Money Gram and Western Union.

CAN I RETURN MY SUIT?

At this time, due to very individual approach and time invested into creating each unique order, all Custom Suit Orders are FINAL after the process has started upon the arrival of the Payment, unless agreed upon in advance. We do pride ourselves and pour our heart and soul into each creation, so we do appreciate your understanding and acceptance of our policies.
